Michigan is truly a great, Great Lakes state with its two peninsulas, beautiful beaches, numerous universities and ten million people. While our past has been colorful and bright, our future has all the ingredients for being even more spectacular and dramatic. Climate change will certainly bring many of us different surprises. This presentation will be highly interactive and will involve the audience. Learn about our Great Lakes state and the many key elements that make Michigan unique!
About the Presenter: Dr. Bukowski has been an educator for more than 45 years as a high school and middle school social studies teacher, counselor and principal, and college instructor of teacher education and history. He has MA degrees in history and counseling, and a doctoral degree in organizational studies. Larry has taught several senior courses as well as driver safety, and he has proven to be a popular repeat presenter for MORE.
